The Apartment

In the heart of the Eternal City, you will discover a comfortable and bright apartment overlooking the beautiful condominium gardens below.


More than 70 square meters furnished with style, equipped with all the necessary comforts to enjoy your stay to the fullest, just a few steps from Trastevere Station, perfectly connected with the major points of interest of the city.

As soon as you enter the house you will find yourself in the living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa, 50-inch Full HD TV, air conditioning, voice assistant and an open kitchen equipped with all the utensils necessary for preparing your best dishes.

Equipped with Nespresso, kettle, hob, dishwasher, oven and fridge.

The large sofa can also be transformed into a standard double bed, depending on the needs of the Guests.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms.
The first bedroom, with olive wood parquet and a comfortable wardrobe with 3 sliding doors, is illuminated by the light that filters through the fragrant medlar trees in the gardens below.
The second room has double windows and a comfortable 2-panel wardrobe.
Both are equipped with independent air conditioning and standard double beds (160x200 cm).

The bathroom is equipped with two comfortable washbasins, a shower, a pair of Italian-style toilets and a washing machine.

​

The apartment is completely autonomous and equipped with domotics for remote control of heating and air conditioning.

The living room has a comfortable sofa which, according to the guests' needs, can be transformed into a standard queen size double bed.
